I've just seen a Rally blue 03 Sti heading along Westdale Lane.
Didn't get a chance to get a good look for hidden lights etc but the driver was wearing a white shirt with black lapels.
Reg no looked something like: *k 03 WR*
Anyone else seen this? Can you confirm or deny it's a Police vehicle?
