I'm determined to spot a Scooby in my 'home town'!
This was a Classic Scoob (Black? McRae?) with loads of stickers, most noticably - '555'. It also had a rather large exhaust.
You were driving past The Hayling Billy on Monday afternoon, I'd just parked up and was crossing the road.
