I was wathcing the box with my daughter and a program started about a girl going for a drive with her Dad. "That's like us!" I said as I always pick her up on weekends and we spend a bit of time in the car.

Turns out the fella was driving a Dark Green classic with Gold alloys!! "That's like Scooby but a different colour Dad!"

I was so proud

saw it a while ago, my little one also recognised the car as I had a green with gold at the time....

This is really sad, but have you spotted the Blue STi 7 on Balamory (another CBeebies programme)...it's in nearly every episode, parked on the keyside. I think it must be the producers...

 

I don't think its an STi7 - its just a "developed" bugeye and belongs to one of the island's residents.

I saw it daily on my 2 week holiday there last summer.

 

I haven't spotted the Balamory beast yet... I'll keep an eye out though

Jeez, will be fun growing up telling her "When you were 6, I used to Scoob spot on your TV programs "

 

Also seen Story Makers and Balamoray, Steven missed it though!

Not so sure about the comment about Balamoray being on an island though as it is filmed in Tarbet, Loch Fyne which is definately on the mainland of Scotland.

I could be wrong but my old work were taking the kids from the nursery there to be involved in the filming and my friend said it was Tarbet.

Oh and the new series of Balamory starts on Monday
