All I will say is mate it wasnt me,...but it isnt suprising...those Ti's are a surefooted quick motor

Just got back from er racing this guy, black debadged rover 600 turbo, gave me a SERIOUS run for my money in a standard UK 99 turbo, why must these crappy looking cars keep getting close to me, i'm gonna be forced to decat my car at this rate just to stay ahead!

Joking aside, this guy was pretty quick and was with me up to about 80 and then i left him.

I was in a silver turbo with sti v rear spoiler if anyone can provide any more info on him. Serious respect to the performance of a standard looking Rover 600 turbo!

but I've got a modded 620Ti, and it is a bit of a tool!
I'm not surprised you had trouble today.
A properly modded 620Ti with 14psi would be a real pain to get rid of - ie. you couldn't - in a Scoob, even with 18psi.
On REALLY twisty stuff, you may have a slight advantage over a modded Ti, but only a bit.
This is why I bought my Ti.

I am not looking for trouble here by the way - please don't go shooting me!!

got rid of my ti for a uk turbo preza.....the ti was modded..not a one for dyno and such..lets say i spend a few squid at motobuild...its a sleeper...you think im an asian corner shop owner..then wooosh the ti is gone..but to be fair..it needs serious brake/suspension urgrade to come near the scooby..even then...its an iron fist against a silk glove...dont play with ti's...mind you..they are more than likely to overheat/explode/take off after a long race...why am i cursed with a soft spot for rovers!!!!
