2 Scoobies on M60

I was driving up the M60 last night on my way to Blackpool( annual family pilgrimage to see the lights
)
On the other side of the M60( going towards the Trafford Centre) on the hard shoulder was a purple Scooby with it's hazard lights flashing, then about 200 yards further up on the same side was another Scooby with its hazard lights flashing on the hard shoulder.
Please tell me you had stopped to make a phone call or something, cause I thought these things were meant to be reliable!
