Dark blue p reg with v5 rear spoiler and scoobysport mim wheels gold. Your car is way too loud.
Dont think booting it in 1st and 2nd with the volume of that exhaust will give you a low profile for long.
Keep driving like you did about 5 mins ago and last week, in a built up area, ie Woodhouse lane in Leeds where there are loads of people about and the limit is 30, and you will get done.
Use your car sensibly you fooking idiot, ie not in built up areas, oh and where your seatbelt.

It was definately a pre 99, but with the V5 spoiler on.
Seen and heard him a couple of times now. There was a civic that kept driving like he does around woodhouse lane, until the coppers got him after several complaints! time will tell!
