Was going up to ipswich, but came home on a trailer!
Something up with the diff - did u hear the whining noise when i passed u?

Sorry to hear that mate, cant say i heard it as i did have my stereo on loud!
That was late to be travelling to Ipswich! It was a late one from me as i had been to work in London and was travelling back to my Parents for the weekend!
It certainly made for a more enjoyable journey home.
So what model was that then and what mods have you got as it sure is a nice motor!
Mine is the WRSport version, but still not quick enough!
Hope you get the problem sorted quickly and that it doesnt cost too much

May only be a loose nut or something, but i've just been quoted £400 for the labour alone coz they have to take the gearbox out!

It's a UK 98, but the only mods i've done are the spoiler, facelift bumper and colour coding. Getting a new exhaust fitted soon tho!
What exhaust did u have? I heard u coming b4 i saw u anyway!

I'd come from cheltenham, so had already done over 100 miles, but the A12 bit did go quicker!!

Liked ur number plate too! very appropriate!

Cheers mate, it is quite a cool plate, it came with the car when i bought it at the Subaru dealers in Colchester!
As for the exhaust, it is the Prodrive one that comes with the WRSport version. Not as loud as some but does make a nice noise once its warmed up a bit!
