X5 pulling onto M6 - Fri night
We were returning home from a wedding in Chester. The misses was driving (me drunk), and all was well until this X5 was hounding us up the slip road onto the M6. Think it was the junction before the A500 Trentham turnoff. What a ****! I was gutted as I wish I was driving - the misses couldn't floor it as she'd forgotton her driving glasses.
X5 dropped right back then stormed passed us at about 110mph. It must have been a 4.4 or 4.6iS. Very impressed mate, but would liked to have compared mine at full-throttle up that hill with yours!

wasn't me but drive a 4.4is very often...you would be suprised at how well they go...I also own a MY96WRX wagon 280BHP and a bit... the X5 takes until about 80 to catch up and then its pretty even up until about 145 when my wagon runs out of gears.... on private roads of course!!

I had to use about 4-5k revs in each gear to keep up with it
