M25 anti clockwise just before J25 (25/9/02 4pm ish) classic dark/deep blue mica WRX (didnt catch reg possibly L/M/N reg) broken down with bonnet up having just been moved to hard shoulder. 2 blokes on board, driver long dark hair with yellow T shirt on. Hope it wasnt anything too serious mate. Cops were just reaching you as i went past in the fast lane (tho not too fast!)
