Hi CaptainP
That was me in the blue new shape. It is indeed an STi7 Prodrive.
On my way home (south coast) from work in and around Birmingham, it was nice to have a bit of company albeit for a short time !!
Nice car btw - certainly alot cleaner than mine !!

Hi Rachel,
Very nice looking car you got there. It looked nice and clean too, you should see mine up close I've done 1200miles this week and the front of Scooby's pink and green with the remants of a gazillion bugs - only washed and polished last Sunday DOH!.
By the way, great exhaust note, I could hear it with the radio on when you opened her up!
Nice to have shared a few miles with you.

Hi Andrew,
First time for me too.
Worse thing with the M5 is PC Plod. I can virtually guarantee that they will be hiding on at least one junction between Bristol and Taunton to catch the unsuspecting.
Have you seen the unmarked Omega? It's frequently cruising between Taunton and Bristol. Dark maroon, you can spot it by the two extra lights on the rear - like the old reversing lights, just above the lip of the boot. I spotted it just in time last night <g>.
It may have been me in Tileys, I had a 30k service at the end of July. Cool that they give 10% discount for SIDC members. I've seen some adverse comments about them, but I found them really nice and helpful. Scooby had a very nice wash while he was there too.
Cheers,
Simon
