A228 Snodland late monday afternoon
#1
Just before 5pm DBM / gold wheels Strood bound, I waved as I pulled on to the A228 towards Malling, was it you Moles Dad? (saw your earlier post to Megastream)
Then around 7pm as I was going the other way caught a glimpse of another DBM at Ham Hill roundabout.

Moles dads is silver with gold, mine as you know is also silver with gold wheels
This could have been Paul if its a DBM with gold wheels and a scoobysport zorst.
Keep your eye out for Hol's posts in the Southern section about the meet at the F1 bar at the top of Blue Bell Hill, pop along and put a face to all these stoopid names we got
Cheers

Hi John,
Didn't realise Moles Dad's car is silver also. I think it was Paul on the second occasion but wasn't too sure on the first.
I'll try to pop along to F1 to meet you all, it just depends on whether I am working away at the time. I take it from your other posts that you decided to modify rather than sell in the end.

Yes for now
Had a mad moment a month or so back, went out in a Seat Cupra R for a test drive
The point being at the time was to try and save some insurance renewal, got a quote on the Seat and it was only £80 cheaper than my car

I'm surprised your Cupra R insurance quote was so high, although it seems the insurance companies are really upping the ante on hot hatches, my daughters renewal on her Clio 172 went from £1200 to £2500 for no apparent reason.
I recently replaced my wife's Ibiza and I was trying to persuade her to go for a new Ibiza or Leon Cupra. I thought the insurance quotes were reasonable (maybe because it was the plain Cupra we were looking at rather than the R). As it turned out she didn't want something that fast so we bought one of the new Corolla VVTi's instead.

MD - I'll keep a look out for your Flying Scotsman impression it shouldn't be too difficult see. When I'm office based (2 / 3 days most weeks) I use the 228.
Stuart is it you I see between the 228 and the 20 at Larkfield 'early' in the morning?
