Was it anyone who views scoobynet?
The lady spoke to us, who had the X reg P1 in tesco's car park,i just wondered if you were a regular to scoobynet.
The Black wrx sti 7 (jap import,i think)was in the shell garage in salisbury and i was followed by you momentarily along the A30.
Both were very nice cars, and at least the lady acknowledged us in the P1.
I was in the old bone shaker of an L reg silver WRX.
Regards
Dean

Cool

I was in the Black WRX.

Nice exhaust note, you've got there.

Lucky with your overtaking of those two cars, though.........

Hi Lenny,
Thanks for replying,Is your exhaust not a scoobysport one then,it sounded like it when you came into the garage! But most of the dorset mob on here reckon mine has spat the baffles out!
With regard to the overtaking of the 2 cars, did it look that close then?I thought there was plenty of room.
That's a nice car you have, were you just passing through salisbury?
Regards
Dean

Cool

Oh yes it's a scoobysport!
I'm sure from your view the gap was there it was just the oncoming traffic that put me off from following you

No I'm not local, just visiting a mate.

Lenny

What a shame i hadn't carried on further on the A30,but then i think where i overtook was the only decent bit of straight to overtake any cars safely!
There aren't many scoobies around salisbury, but today i had a catalunya follow me on that same stretch of road,(no chance for overtaking today though)!
What area is local to you and do you attend any meets?
Cheers
Dean

Nice to hear from someone else in the salisbury area, keep a lookout for a silver L reg wrx,or should i say listen out for a silver L reg wrx.
If you are up for going to any meets in the dorset area at any time, let me know.

I have a MY00 saloon, Dutch import, dark blue with gold wheels.
Its totally standard......so far!
What and where do these meets you mention add up to then?

Impret-sir, If you look in the southern section on this forum, then go to the next dorset meet, that will be the next one i will hopefully be going to.If you are interested in going then let me know and we could meet up,as it's not that out of the way for me to go through salisbury.
My wife works in salisbury,so you may see the car at sometime.
I did see a scooby in new street car park last saturday, which may have been your's perhaps as it fits the description you have given, but perhaps not.
Cheers
Dean

Hi Bashful, Have you been to any of the dorset meets yet?if not have a look at the southern section on here if you want,In the past there has been upto 30 impreza's and legacy's attending the meets(when combined with the hants people).
So was it either of you good people in salisbury today, reg no W***XVS,DBM and gold wheels, unfortunately i wasn't in my car,but i was sat in my brothers car on the St Pauls roundabout, whoever it was went up the Devizes Rd.
Is Lenny still viewing this post? if so Hi.
Anyone going to Trax viewing this topic,or is it not worth going this year?
Cheers
Dean

Bashful,I thought everyone loved gold wheels on a nice blue car.
I don't mind gold wheels though as long as they are on a scooby, and they are OZ super T's.But then the wheels on my car are not sh*t hot,but i have no wish to change them as they get me around corners quick enough.
Are you still looking on the southern section then Impret-sir?Was it you i saw on saturday then?
Regards
Dean

Impret-sir, I'm confused now!It was definately saturday afternoon,as i was sat in a blue escort(not a car that would stand out really!) as my brother was in the motaphone shop,by St Paul's roundabout.
If this was your car, then someone else was driving it if you were not!
Gold wheels are o.k by me!

Sorry Dean, my mistake, when you mentioned seeing (me) on Saturday, I thought you were refering to your earlier post about seeing a DBM scooby in New St car park, that one wasnt me! but the one on Saturday PM at St pauls was! 'bout 15:00hrs I would guess, on my way home from town. Long Live Gold Wheels!

Hi Impret-sir, Phew that's sorted that out then.
Interested in the dorset meet on the 9th then? They are a good bunch, and always bitching with each other!
If not, might see you,as i'm in town most weekends.
Regards
Dean
P.s It was about 3pm on saturday, typical as i nearly took my car so you probably would have noticed that one way or another.

It's at a pub called the worlds end somewhere in Dorsetland(i haven't been to this pub yet,but apparently is 5 mls down the road from the last one i went too!).It's a bit of a mystery tour with the dorset boy's(i don't think they want me to go really!)
There is a post in the southern section on here though(under dorset meet).

Dean
