I recognise that reg. It sounds like Duracell. He can be found in Events->Southern in any thread which has 'Cornwall' or 'Devon' in it! 
I suggest you get in touch with him, he is a good laugh and is the local SIDC meet organiser. Come to a meet and meet us all, it's a right laugh
