Hi again!
If the green scoob was an my99 with a private plate (starts with a C I think) then he won't wave
He's up the next road to me and I've spoken to him before, he loves his car but not into scoobs ect.
The W reg sounds like the lady from Worth easy to tell as has a rare sunroof!
