D Noble,
I was at the superbikes race as well. I didn't see many scoobs either. I saw a dark blue parked up at the grandstand at the back of the circuit, was that you? I also saw a silver one and a red wagon. Oh, and also a really nice looking black WRX (oh sorry that would be mine). There was heavy traffic on the way home, I went all the way from the circuit to Kincardine at a walking pace. I was hardly out of first or second gear(how about 1hour 8 mins from the circuit gate to the bridge). This is the first time I've taken the car instead of the bike. I won't make that mistake again for next years superbikes race.

u were obviously cautious as to the weather hence taking your car. I missed this year due to just returning from holiday but since I got my bike I'd take it all the time to BSB at Knockhill, I've had some long journey's in the past heading home after Touring Cars in the motor.

Bladerider,
yes that was mine,i took car cause it looked like rain when i left home,i dont mind riding in the wet,but i wasnt standing in wet leathers for 8 hours!! turned out nice though!.
i left the hairpin just as hizzy took the lead, and got to the gate the minute the race ended, so went home thinking he had won! got a clear run back to ayr
