Cousins wedding, my mate also had his wedding there 2 years ago, nice enough place but the sight of two brides walking past each other in the foyer made the whole thing seem pretty naff.
Apologies if you were getting married.

My projects and toys are normally VW based, although I have the Impreza and FSTI too as every day toys. I was building a 1966 VW beetle that was immaculate, but just wasn't getting the time to complete it once the kids turned up. I ended up selling it on and buying a 1963 VW beetle which I'm now playing with instead!

Nope. That was my 66 project. We moved 1 village along a couple of years ago and I took the 66 project with me. Really wanted to get it done as it was such a fantastic shell and I'd already done so much on it, but just wasn't getting the time with the kids around. So made the difficult decision to sell it with all the hard work already done & buy this 63 instead. I still had both at one point, which was a squeeze, but something had to go as I didn't want it sitting outside.
I have plans for this one though including a re-spray and MUCH faster engine eventually. Still have the full roll cage and bespoke interior from my last one ready to go in this.
