Silver or blue 1999/2000 turbo for around 14K or under

After writing off my old one I am now looking for a new scooby. I wanted a 1999 or 2000 model (1998 considered) with no more than 40K on the clock, FSH, don't mind mods.
Must be in either Silver or blue.
Local area (Gloucestershire) would be an advantage but not really fussed. (I have seen one in scotland I like!!)
Not really looking to pay much more than 14K if possible
