Wanted, classic up to 3k, cash waiting
Looking for a classic to stick around castle combe for rally day, up to 3k max for right car, have spotted a couple already but slightly to far to travel, but if needs must then will arrange something, looking for quick and easy sale, so what do you have to offer will travel up to say 150 miles of Cardiff central, maybe more at a push for right car at right price, cheaper the better as there is no guarantee it will come out unscathed, but at the same time don't want no dog rough pig

Think you will find a well spec'd example for 3k mate.
I did have a classic uk turbo which I recently px'd against a P1. I would have easily taken 2750 for it. That was on W plate with 83k, fsh, Sti brembos front & rear, eibachs, newage sti steering wheel, rear sti lights, EcuTek remap etc. all that & with no rust! So gives you a good idea of what you can pick up for 3k.

A white 1996 JDM with 77,000 miles and full UK service history.
D2 8 POT Calipers with 335mm rotors.
D2 Coil overs with adjustable pillow ball top mounts.
New team dynamic 17" gloss black Pro Race alloys with new tyres.
New ESL ECU twin maps, mafless mapped by Duncan Graham. (320bhp)
Forge recirculation valve.
New large alloy top mount intercooler.
HKS induction kit.
Strut brace.
VF24 turbo
440cc injectors.
Blitz pillar mounted boost gauge.
3 port boost soleniod and 2.5 bar map sensor.
Crystal head lights and detangoed.
Alloy sti bonnet.
Alloy front wishbones.
cambelt changes about 3 years ago, taxed & tested.
No rust rear arches are excellent, A4 file full of receipts and service history, it currently makes 1.3bar and 1.1 bar on the second map.
I would let it go for £3000.
