Default KMH-MPH Mechanical Converter For V3

I'm after a mechanical speedo converter/delimiter for a V3 that plugs into the back of the clocks, cable type.
I bought one off another member around 2 months ago and tried fitting today and it seems it's for another car

Cheers
Jay

some are designed to be fitted under the bonnet where the cable from the gearbox meets the cable from the dash
