Default Classic Impreza - £3000 max budget

I'm looking to buy an Impreza and return to the fold after many years

I have a max budget of £3000 for the right car.

My requirements are:

It must be a classic saloon
It must be mechanically sound
It must have good bodywork, minor issues not a problem
It must have TAX + MOT (So I can drive it home)
It must not be cat A/B/C/D/anything else.
Colours preferred are: White/ Black / Grey / Blue

Please let me know what you have and be as honest with descriptions as possible, no-on likes surprises!! I also need to know a price and where you're located please.

You can contact me on this thread, or via PM, or my email address- v5_man @ yahoo . com (without the spaces obviously)

Thank you kindly

Thinking of selling my 1996 P reg Impreza WRX V-Limited import (555 blue colour 53C – version 2) which I've owned for about six years or so.

For starters I've fitted a great deal of sensible uprated parts, it has 10 months Mot, 10 months Tax & a closed deck block. I'm not a boy-racer being 40yrs old so perhaps I should really keep it for my nearing mid-life crisis! If interested let me know & I'll email the full spec & some more pics:

When I get decent photos I'll add them to my garage, but for now I'll just say it's a black STi Version 5
