Default Brake Caliper Swap?

Standard Red brake calipers from my 05 WRX, would like to swap for black ones please. My car is silver, de-badged and de-decalled with graphite wheels and I think the black calipers would set it of nicely.

Anyone?

Paint them with black Hammerite smooth and you can get the subaru decals off ebay. Job done! I'm in the process of doing mine black with yellow text to match my AP's.

Yeah I'll give it a go...

Are they a pain to get off?

Will I have to bleed them when I but em back together? Or did you take the calipers off but leave them connected to the brake hoses?

You can do it either way mate. Leaving them attached to the hoses will save you bleeding them but will be more awkward to clean and paint!

Excellent, they're really clean anyway. I give them the occasional lick of alloy cleaner and then hose them down... just need to see what they look like round the back.

Great! thanks

Guess what I'll be doing this Sunday then
