an STI 8 intercooler "bonnet undertray"? The bit that screws to the underside of the scoop then, with bonnet closed, sits on top of the intercooler, with the rubber surround. Will be fitting my STI 8 intercooler to the Type R soon, ready for mapping. Ty offered me his Zero Sports undertray, but as i'm retaining my original bonnet scoop, it was too tall.

Taylor, any Blobeye STi undertray will be too tall for your scoop - what you want is an Bugeye STi or Hawkeye STi undertray.

Ah ok, cheers Ty Thought it was just the Zero Sports one that was that tall. Has anyone got a bugeye STI or hawk eye STI undertray then?

I tried this and the bolt holes don't line up either. I have a spare Bugeye tray that I am copying the bolt pattern and trying to fabricate my own.

Yeah, i'll be going wednesday Ian Thinking about it, i had a look at Lee's Hawk STI at the last meet or the one before and the intercooler on the hawk sits in a slightly different position, so the bugeye tray may be the only one we can use. Need to find someone who's done the conversion and get a few pointers.
