I've got a '94 WRX import complete engine with 78,000 miles that will be coming available within the next few weeks! Just needs a new MAF. Will also have TD05 turbo, Tomei FPR, Walbro fuel pump, Blitz Nur Spec R, Gearbox, propshaft, rear diff etc. Pm if interested!

Some things are interchangeable, whereas others are different e.g. The inlet manifold. Most of the ancillaries will come with the turbo 2000 engine but there a few that would need to purchased. Fuel rails, injectors etc. But with this engine, and your own there should be enough to get your car running again

Surely your top mounted turbo is achieved with a custom exhaust manifold? Can you not just unbolt the pipework and bolt it on to the new engine? Along with whatever supporting mods you need.

no its the standard turbo that has elbow at the inlet. the intake runs beside the inlet mani rather than under it, if you know what i mean. What price for your 94 wrx engine?

why not just have your head gaskets done, at least you'll have the piece of mind that they're new and should last a fair while.
