Has anyone got a set of 16" Silver wheels with good/reasonable tyres for £150-£250 (on tight budget must pay for wedding this year)

Perhaps your email is down at present?? as I replied yesterday to your 'very interested' email. I need to come over to Bristol for my new tyres so could deliver my old wheels to your door.
