hi mate im breaking a classic 98 wagon with engine probs i'll get the front bumper of tomorow and see what the bar is like and let you know,im in scotland though would that be a problem for you???

also just to clarify

its defo the middle bar that the bumper sits on stretches from left to right not the small 1 that drops from top to bottom in the middle!!!!!!!

the early classics are more expensive but the 99/00 uk is just a basic flatish bar with the 2 surports that go into the chassis legs ive tried to find the paper work off when i bought mine but cant

i got both front and back ones off ebay for my 98 car. they were £35 delivered from jhp engines. there about £60 new from subaru, i got quotes before getting from here. heresan old link for one, have a look through there items they had a few when i got mine.
