not sure how they get modded but i have a std one for £15 came off a good 64k mile engine

 

ring api they are around £100 exchange, don't buy second hand it is false economy.

 

hi mate. i think i may have just what your lookin for. i have a uprated roger clark oil pump which i fitted to a freshly re-built engine (bottom end). i fitted this to my type r and when i started it up there was oily smoke coming out of the exhaust. i then took the engine out and stripped it (again) and realised that one of the bores where scored and it had nipped the oil ring when the piston was put back in. instead of re-building this i have sourced a new 2.5 lump and fitted that to my car, leaving me with the old parts. ive sold almost everything apart from the oil pump and water pump. its done 0 miles. like i say the car was started and ran but only for a matter of 15mins or so. if your interested, drop me a pm and ill get back to you. i have pics of the pump which speak for themselves.
