Guys I currently have a mongoose decat turbo back exhaust with the 4" rolled in backbox but this is attached to a proper backbox/silencer, I want to change it for the 5" slash cut back box as this is jap style and I think will free up a few decibels.

It is for a blobeye wrx if anyone has one?

Yeah I spoke to Scooby world about them yesterday, problem is they are 2.5" and car is mapped for 3" bore. I only want back box and they taper down so would have to have it customised otherwise I'd go forthat cos they sound ace.

no problem mate, i sold the genome (after a long debate with myself) and bought the Afterburner, that lasted just over 4 weeks on my car before i changed it to my current Nur Spec S backbox which is the bo**ocks

 

What was wrong with genome and vortex?

What is the spec on spec S? 2.5" cat back? The genome sounded quality but it was loud, not as loud as the spec R though ha ha I couldn't live with that!
