Had a few issues with my newly purchased 96 WRX Saloon. Got it checked over and the turbo is knackered basically. The shaft is sweet, but it's full of oil! So need a front entry TD04 in decent condition (no smoke, rattles etc) and also gonna replace the corroded Oil Feed Pipe for it too, but where can I buy one asap?

If anyone on here has a low mileage or decent TD04 and is willing to post it first class (need it by weekend) please reply or pm me thanks.

If anyone can point me in the direction of a new Braided Oil Feed Pipe for a MY96 which again I can get delivered promptly, please link me via reply.

hi mate i've got a td04 removed from a w reg classic with 54k miles on the clock. i'll be removing it tomorrow evening. i want £40 for it + postage. where abouts are you?

I have 3 TD04's one one a uk 2000 my00, another from blob eye and one that I'll be takin of me cat my97

@Deany76: What condition is your turbo in mate and why are you removing it? I need it for this Saturday! So if you can get it posted/delivered by then - happy days. Im in TF9 Area, Telford/Shrewsbury.

@ Pitchblack: Need a decent turbo with no smoke, rattles, play or leaks by Saturday... if you can do that and offer one for a decent price....

i have a mint working td04 turbo no smoke or play just a bit dirty from out side from a 70k uk classic 40quid bud i also have a std oil feed pipe you can have with the turbo to get you by until you get a braided version bud im not all that far from you ether im based in walsall west midlands so your welcome to collect bud??pm if interested

can have a mint td04 30000 miles on it with all pipes have it to you for saturday 70 quid mate pulls hard very low mileage

theres no smoke from any or rattles, the one with the least miles is the blob, mates car covered 20k, I'd do it for £30 plus postage but for sat it's not going to be cheap, and bit far to deliver

This is one problem I face - I can't collect due to having car being knackered and in garage! Thank you all for your assistance and offers.

I defo need it fir Saturday at latest as that's the only time my mech can do it, plus need car for Sunday.

Should be receiving the funds back this evening for the part that was wrong. Just hope that they keep to there word and it doesnt have to go into dispute. Will post the part back tomorrow when funds are given back... so thats one issue sorted.

ppl should read thread correctly tho and not go offering parts that are incorrect, we purchase parts of these forums in good faith it would be a shame for this whole buying/selling business gets a bad name and it gets to the point no1 trusts each other.

hi mart the turbo you want it is the one fitted from 96 to present not the one with the 90 degree bend on like 92-96 models. i can deliver my one to your door tonight but it will cost me about £30 in petrol to get to telford and back. it has been removed from the car as it is a cat b insurance write off with rear damage. give me a call on 07813342012 if you are interested. Off the top of my head (its not marts its his mrs here) the car was purchased and beleived to be the VF22 as that was what was stated. The turbo that has been removed from the car turned out to be the TD04 according to our subaru man ...

The wrong turbo was listed on the spec sheet. That's where the confusion came from. Considering the Scooby was at the garage and I was at home at the time so couldn't check. The turbo which was taken off was a TD04. Anyway the turbo delivered to me tonight by Deany (thanks mate) looks identical, unlike the other one sold to me yesterday :

scooby back on road tomorrow

And thank you to every one of the genuinely helpful members on here that have helped me (and my missus) today/tonight.

Oh I will do mate, but maybe 'he' will back down after Reading this thread (as I know he will be) and text me or PM me his address before I do give out his name. Failing that, I do know a fair few guys from his neck of the woods. Not saying that I agree with bad sh*t, but one good turn deserves another to them lot.
