Do you mean the black round thing that spins round, with the airbag and horn-connector wires on it? I'm pretty sure that's usually called the clock spring. The squib is the plastic/rubber cover that goes over the airbag, or sometimes people use it to mean the cover and the airbag combined.
Anyhow, if it's the clock-spring you want I've got a spare here from a MY96 that should fit. Make me an offer, or I'll PM you. I can add pics later too if that helps.
