The tight **** only knocked £30 off it!!
But I need it as I'm going for a big bhp build and it will allow that bit more space for the turbo. I will sell the injectors and DV so I should get £150ish back.
Still alot more than I wanted to pay though, but needs must

The spec c manifold is a one piece manifold, the sti manifold is two pieces. The acual manifold sits on a pair of TGV's which have four ristrictive throttles in them. You can cut them out but it is very time consuming. If you go for a big turbo upgrade the TGV housings would restrict the size you can have. Lastly the spec c manifold produces 20-30% better airflow.
