Have you tryed eBay? That's a good place to start because there's lot's of Breaker's site's and private sale's.
I'll ask my mate too as he had one off his 99 Impreza and I'm unsure if he's sold that yet. Were in Cardiff though but I'll ask him about postage aswell if he's still got it. Will be seeing him Tuesday night so I'll let you know if I can help after then.
