Default Several classic parts

People,

I would be very greatful if any of you have any of the following parts that I want for MY99 Turbo 2000 with my budgets:

Lowering Springs (£100)
Front splitter (£100)
Dump Valve (£80)
Decat (to fit with zerosports exhaust) (£70)
Induction kit (£70)
STI TMIC (£70)

All items dont need to be new but great condition would be well wanted!
Thanks!
PS the order which I've stated them is most wanted to least wanted!

I've got a Pipercross induction kit for your car, also got a spare MAF if you are interested?

I do have a decat downpipe, wrapped, but your centre section will need modifying to make it fit as the connection is not standard.

P.s. The STI TMIC from a version 5 car is no better than the UK TMIC, you will get better results by changing the plastic "Y" induction hose under the intercooler for the STI or Samco hose.

HTH

Default WRX TMIC

As DJ_Jon says the Classic STI is the same size as the one you've got.

You'd be better of getting a WRX newage intercooler, it requires a little bit of work but much easier than trying to get the later STI intercooler on it. Should be able to get a WRX intercooler for around £40 on ebay. If you do the mod you will need a dump valve hose for the newage intercooler, go the extra and get the Samco intercooler set which gives you the Y-pipe, DV hose and hose to the inlet.

If you want the STI look, get a stencil (ebay) and a can of red Hammerite spray paint. You can even buy the Tuned by STI decals of ebay.

Good luck

The MAF measures air flow.

The MAF sensor on the late classics is quite prone to failure. I've read articles where induction kits aren't recommended for MY99-MY00. I've personally opted for a K&N panel filter which uses the same box, doesn't quite give the same gain though.
You might find an induction kit is ok, but if you start to have idling issues and stall at junctions you'll know you have an issue with your MAF. Check out the threads, there is a lot of info here.

ALL,
That sounds good guys. I think i'll stick with the panel filter for now since i'm broke :S and as for the other stuff I so badly want, I'm gonna have to wait till next paycheck (month) I didnt realise these cars empty your pockets so quick!
Ill post a new thread when I have the money and if youve still got stuff then guys, i'll request some pics. Thanks for the offer though geezers!
Cheers
