2001 WRX suspension and alloys

Am off to look at this car today - Subaru : High Specs WRX FSH Private plate Price Reduced

however i think it needs to be a lot lower and think maybe different set of alloys.

Has anyone got anything that might be good for me?

18 or 19" wheels please to fit over the brakes.

personally I would go for an sti if I was looking to spend anything over 6k, suspension wise you could poss go for whiteline springs/tien or maybe coilovers,
