Question help what oil pump to put in GC8 sti
blew my engine up on cadwell last monday and getting new sti engine out of 97 face lift but want to put an uprated oil pump in but dont no which one thanks for looking

most fit the RCM modiflied pump...not cheap though

Im sure they are all the same. RCM/Scoobyclinic/Lateral (not sure about API) all use the same supplier - they all buy from each other so doesnt really make a difference.

I have a used RCM pump covered 3000miles was only removed as i split the car £50+postage
