I had that problem. I have a fully de-catted 3" Spec R..... ....ear bleeding.

Bought a 3" system from Revolution, quiet but opens up once on full boost

Subaru Performance Exhausts

Very satisfied with it, more of an OEM look though, might not be your bag.

mine isnt even de-catted, so i can imagine your pain!

I have noticed the revolution ones and heard good things said...just money wise its a bit tight at the moment with the outlay for the car!

Is it a lot quieter then? i think the tail pipe is reletively the same as the one i have, 4" slash cut isnt it?

Hi Trinity

I have a very good condition Prodrive back box which is about the quietest aftermarket one around.

Yours for £75 or offers

I have a Magnex system.. also has the centre silencer too (as I wanted quiet for my wagon)

Has a very slight bed in the tailpipe tip (but I'm sure you could straighten it)

I only want £90 for the system though.. 2 mins off junction 10 on M20

Trinity,

Yep the Prodrive is stainless and about a 3" exit pipe, pretty quiet, but just enough to release the burble
