Some of these. My car is a MY2000 V plate Classic.

i will have these but are they bolted to the chassis or diff itself?

They are pressed bushes, (I think) you would have to buy new. Used rear subframes on ebay are pretty cheap and probably less than the bushes new. Mine show signs of movement but Apart from the occasional knock its not been a problem.

yeah was thinking they was a press fit looking at them, i have the whole car for breaking

The pic is not my car. My bushes were melted when my diff burst into flames. I have bodged it with some other bushes but want the proper ones. To replace the subframe is a Ball Ache as most of the bolts are solid. i don't really want to mess about with them at the mo because i will end up replacing them to. Its not knocking the way it is now but i don't think it's gonna pass an MOT the way it is. Just need to get it sorted before August

Frame would probably have to come out to press the bushes. Bushes aren't cheap either, c.£25 ea. for the subframe bushes. Rear subframes go for c.£50.

seen em on ebay for alot less Subaru Impreza WRX / STi / UK Rear Sub Frame 1993-2000 on eBay, also, Subaru, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 31-Jan-09 18:21:44 GMT) but can't be arsed with taking the frame out. looking for a cheap easy fix at the mo as missus don't have a job.
