try www.scottishscoobies.co.uk lol
Used to be a big Scottish following on here but they had a big fall out with the bosses and moved over to SIDC.

Considering that type R's came out in 1997 and a decent one goes for 6k+ its very rare to find any for 5k (though i picked my v5 up for that but she needs a few bits sorting out to be perfect )
You may find a v2 or v3 sti for 5k, defintately not a good type r though (and no im not selling mine )

This one is up your neck of the woods, you will need to spend some money on her and take someone who knows what they are doing but its in your budget.
Subaru : sti5 typeR
And pistonheads is your friend but also heed what i have said, you wont get a good type r for 5k! you will have to spend a fair bit of cash on getting it up to scratch (and you have to look at the downsides of a v5 car, mafs and bad fuel doesnt do them any good, engines are very reliable otherwise and its advisable to get a knock link and remap as the map is slightly flawed on v5/6 cars and mafs are fragile )
