Default Orange front bumper insert/vent from classic
It's the triangular Orange vent that sits in the bumper on a 99 car.

I'm struggling to find one

I lost mine a while back when some **** of a london cabbie decided to have a little swipe at my front bumper

You can get them from breakers or call your dealer, but prepared to get stung for £20 per wedge
