I need a 6.3mm female electrical spade connector terminal - preferably with a 5-inch length, or more, of wire attached (although the wire's not essential).

what size cable do u need? ie red spade/blue/yellow?

The wiring is for grounding a pos and neg-terminal'd steering wheel horn-push centre, so bell-wire quality would do it(?). The spade terminal needs to be a 6.3mm female (to fit the 6.3mm male lug on the horn-push). I think the +ve one already present is red(?). Do you definitely need to know the colour? If so, let me know and I'll pop out to my car and check...

no its ok, its just there in 3 sizes, red/blue/yellow and you use bigger cable,
PM ur addy I can send a few with cables attached,
If you have a crimper i can send you some without cables.
