I've just brought a 1999Uk scooby which i believe has a superchip fitted (it has reciepts to say it is but i haven't looked at the chip yet). I want to replace it with a standard ECU and would be happy with a straight swap. I'm not sure if the 1998 ECU will be the same but i imagine it would. I also don't know whether it is as straight forward as just unplugging and replaceing the chip.
