Anyone have any of these at a sensible price, finding motorfactors to be a complete rip off!?

Anyone?? Also need an idle control solenoid and boost control unit, but not for silly money like some people are asking

btw I have gota set of new NGK pfr7`s which you can have for £15 delivered and I`ll throw in my fuel filter whch has only done about 200 miles.
