If you're referring to the 90mm diameter lights as fitted to the P1, they weren't foglights at all, but DRIVING lights, wired to come on with main beams.
They were available in either Halogen, or HID, (which were awesome), and were/are made by Hella.
They are still available from Hella dealers. I have all the part numbers if you want them. You would also need the brackets to support them, as fitted to the P1, which are still available from Scoob dealers, costing a few quid the pair.
You've very little chance of sourcing any second hand, though......
