Best to buy new for 99/00 cars as they break very easily, a used one could already be knackered or on it's way out.

They're about £80 from a main dealer

ihave one came with an induction kit i bought you can have it for £25.00 plus postage the guy i bought it from said it worked fine on his wrx99
