Hello People,
I have just picked up my long awaited APS intercooler only to find out that I need the small L shaped brackets which bolt to the side of the standard intercooler.
Please can someone help, I sold the standard intercooler last week and didnt remove the small brackets. Bob Rawle is mapping my car next week so really need to get the new intercooler fitted.

I'd really appreciate any help, has anyone got them??????????????????????

Do you mean the brackets either side of the i/c that fix to the block? If so, I may have a couple.

 

Its the small brackets which are secured to the intercooler, these have the rubber bushes on them which then bolt to the brackets which then bolt to the block.
To be honest i thought they were welded to the intercooler, however, according to the APS fitting instructions they are bolted in place.
Im aware they are welded on later versions.

I thought "small L shaped brackets" was an odd description for intercooler brkts.

I'll take a look later but definitely won't have them. Could try scrappies but they'll want to sell you the whole i/c.
