I might have a hub which came from my Type RA, basically identical but you would need to swop the back plates over if you have ABS fitted, I'll have a look later and mail you back.

Right sorry for misguiding you all. Apparently all I need is the drive shaft flange? Sorry I know nothing about what I'm trying to buy. It's shagged whatever it it. It fits inside the inside of the bearing?

Thanks Phill

That usually happens when you run too long with a knackered bearing. If the flange needs replacing, so will the bearing. You're best off replacing the whole hub, if you can find a good one.

Bearing been shagged for a while unknown to me. Day before I was doing 135 mph (on a private road) When we jacked it up 3 of us went white, got the video on my phone, still horrible to look at. It was so loose god knows how it stayed on. Brake only worked sometimes after a pump to the floor and press again on the pedal. Nightmare!!!

I got new bearings anyway now. A good mechanical mate of mine says the hub is fine. Just need the flange thingy

Been off the road for 6 months, so gagging to take it out again

Default Flange

It should do, as far as I know all front hub flanges are the same for classics.

Anyone confirm this?

cheers,
Andy

Default flange

Ok, this one wont have the drilled holes to take the sensor ring (but you could drill them).

One with pre drilled holes will be easier though....I'll see if I have an ABS one.

cheers,
Andy

Andy,

TOP MAN!!

If you have got an ABS one I'll have it, but failing that I'll have the non ABS type and get someone to modify it for me

Looks like I might be back on the road soon. Cars been off the road for a year now, I haven't driven her for 6 month

thanks Phill
