95 wrx fartin little pipe needed.........please help

hi guys been havin probs with water leaks for the past few months when ive turned the ignition off the contents of the header tank was dumped on the floor
anyway i found out tht the problem was a pain in the *** 2inch pipe with a 90 degree kink behind the lower thermostat housing ..................its a tiny pipe about the dia of ur little finger but its peein out all my coolant whenever ive used the turbo lol
my question is where is the best place to get the part and or does anyone know the part number ?
