Scuse my ignorance, but why do you want a UK Ecu, when a MY95 WRX will have probably the best ecu you can get for the year - Z4?
If you change to a UK, then you will have a bit less boost and hence power?
The Z4 is perfectly fine to run on Optimax alone, and is very similar to the Prodrive ecu of the time
