Thanks guys.

At the moment, i'm having some troubles with reverse as well as the syncros, so i'll let it go for cheaper than the stated price, IF indeed you are interested, Turnover. Besides, StanS's car has been sold for some time now.

Sure he doesnt mean as V reg as in reg in the car? Maybe he wants something newer?

Could be completely wrong

Not sure if i know what 'V Car' is but obviously it is not good.

I am sure the car/builders/owners are dead honest!

Graham.

Well it's an X reg, unless you want older and as it's only me and John Banks that are on the registration documents, either of us would know if it's a dodgy car or not!

I'll point John to this thread, to see what he has to offer.

I bought it new from Alliance Car Imports in late Sept or Oct 2000 and then sold it to Dave Nov 2005. There is no reason for it to be on V-car as there is nothing at all dodgy about it, never crashed, the rear bumper was painted when a garage scraped it. It is an EU import. Never even had finance on it.

What does V-car actually say about it?

Thanks for the input John. I reckon Turnover has got it mixed up with some other car.
I don't know what, if anything, V-Car says, as you need to be registered or summit, to view details.

If the record was any cleaner on this car it would squeak. Happy to back up the details on this car, I have the records of all the insurers since it was new etc. Oh, the windscreen was repaired from a stone chip, and the alarm was replaced under warranty. I sat in it and maybe farted a few times but that doesn't put it on V-car when I last checked

Don't know how much bhp mine's got as not been on rolling road yet but I've got a MY96 Import off a mate who imported it 7 months ago himself. This is definately something special - it is a V-Limited edition whatever that means & he took it up the quarter mile (only ever once mind you) & it did 10.98!

Let me know if interested - cheers.
