What kind/Model gearbox am I looking for?
Does a WRX fit a UK?

Sorry for coming across thick but I dont know much about the transmission sides.

Im desperate as I got my Cousin waiting to fit a new one, Wanna try n get it sorted before XMAS day!!!!

It will fit but the ratios are different. Final drive ratios differ too; Id suggest contacting David at API; he'll be dearer than a private sale but he will provide a warranty and API have a good reputation.

Cheers Guys, Advice Appreciated, Gonna Take some headache tablets first, Its a nightmare aint it, especially this time of the year.

Hiya, We can help, you'll need to know the TY identification number off the gearbox before you ring. It's on the chassis plate which is on the n/s front suspension tower. It will be something like TY752 VN1AA or possibly TY754 VN6AA.

Once we know what you need then we can get going for you.
