Yeah, tried subaru..
wanted chassis no. then when I gave it to them wouldn't help "as it's an import"
They need to take a leaf out of Mitsubishi's book IMO.
I managed to get some sorted i the end (Barratts Motorsport to the rescue)

donelly bros subaru dealers has no problems with imports, just give em chassis number then they send an email to japan confiming part no and sell you one off the shelf
